Our
Experts
Linda M. Davis, CNLP, President of Linda Davis &
Associates has been involved in many areas of patient
management and care during her 30+ year healthcare
career. As a certified nurse life care planner (CNLCP)
and (catastrophic) case manager, she has prepared
over 400 life care plans and reports concerning catastrophically
injured individuals. This experience has given her
a broad-based knowledge of the medical, legal and
insurance claims aspects of cases. This knowledge
is applied to the life care plans, reports, and settlements
which we produce. Her national and international
credits include speeches and presentations to hospital
staffs, physicians, case managers, and business groups
as well as publication of information on "physician
directed" life care planning. Ms. Davis is past
president of both the Lousiana and Colorado Chapter
of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA)
as well as a member of the American Association of
Nurse Life Care Planners (AANLCP).
