Our
Physician Directed Life Care Plans & Reports
Our "physician-directed" approach to establishing
your client's medical needs produces one of the most
accurate, up-to-date and defensible life care plans
available. A collaborative effort which includes
one of our physician experts (or your client's treating
physician) and staff is used to address issues such
as durable and disposable equipment, mobility, nursing
and medical care, housing, etc. The result is an
accurate depiction of the client's injury-related
needs (current and future) and costs, including physician
review as well as endorsement of the final work product.

Review
of the medical record and other case-related information
begins the process of documenting and designing a
life care plan that will assist in the development
of a variety of possibilities for trial or case resolution.
Our information is professionally researched and
presented. Life care plan information is provided
in a concise, narrative format which is easy to understand
and present to a jury. Exhibits are also supplied
to document information included in the life care
plan. The executive summary section of the report
clearly identifies current and projected costs. Our
staff's many combined years of medical experience
as well as insurance claims and legal experience
assure you of the line-by-line defensible life care
plan needed to successfully pursue this part of your
case.
Fee schedule information is available. A retainer fee is required prior
to beginning any work. A number of fee options (including flat fee) and
life care plan approaches are available, designed to meet our clients'
individual needs. Page 3 >>
