Our
Unique Life Care Plans & Reports
The first step in our life care planning process
is to document the products and services recommended
by the inter-disciplinary team by formulating an
individualized life care plan as well as establishing
(to the degree possible) the injured party's life
expectancy.
Our unique second step involves review and endorsement
of the life care plan findings and recomendations
(including projected costs and life expectancy) by
a physiatrist or other physician. This provides our
clients with one of the most "bullet proof" life
care plans currently available.

Specialization
& Services
Linda Davis & Associates has 15 years experience developing over
400 life care plans and related reports. This body of work includes life
care plans that cover a multitude of catastrophic injuries including:
spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, burns, amputation, multiple
trauma and catastrophic, and pediatric injuries.
We provide accurate, comprehensive, well-documented life care plans and
reports. They are formulated so as to provide attorneys (and juries),
catastrophically injured clients, their families and care givers with
injury-specific information that can be used in supporting litigation.
This same information can assist them in the decision making frequently
required to supply current and future health care needs. Recommendations
are based on real life, "do-able" solutions developed by rehabilitation
teams who routinely care for catastrophically injured patients. This
type of "evidence based" outcome provides all parties (plaintiff
and defense) with credible information along with the assurances provided
by physician endorsement. Page
